Sergio joined PGT in 2010, becoming our full-time Southbound Coordinator in 2011. Sergio was promoted to Fleet Manager in 2013 and moved with his wife and two sons to Monaca, PA. In 2014, Sergio was named General Manager of Laredo, moving his family back to Texas, and Sergio has continued to effectively lead PGT’s U.S.-Mexico business, now as Vice President, Mexico Operations. Sergio’s unwavering loyalty, stoic leadership and passion for PGT’s success are reflected in his daily commitment to PGT’s cross-border operations. With more than 16 years of experience with international shipments, Sergio is prepared to expand PGT’s northbound and southbound capabilities, helping to service our customers as they develop their own nearshore business.

Sergio was the 2016 Terminal Manager of the Year and oversaw production of PGT’s new Laredo Terminal in 2024.
